: This position shall be responsible for implementing the volunteer recruitment program and is responsible for recruitment and education of the volunteers as directed. Seeks education and learning experiences to maintain current knowledge and skills regarding volunteer recruitment activities. Works closely with the volunteer coordinator, serving as a backup to them, when gone. Works under the direction of the Executive Director.
