As a Trading Specialist on the Client Operations team, you’ll play a pivotal role by supporting all operational needs to manage and monitor members of our Managed Accounts program.

In addition to an earnest desire to help people, we are looking for the ideal candidate to complement the team’s existing talents. The Trading Specialist role needs someone with proven attention to detail and new ideas.  The ideal candidate will function independently at a high level to help us maintain operational integrity, accelerate our focus on innovation and support our best-in-class Registered Investment Advisory services.  As a Trading Specialist on the Client Operations team, you’ll complete Managed Account portfolio rebalance cycles, resolve exceptions impacting client accounts, and work closely with internal and external business partners.

Daily activities include but are not limited to; weekly transaction cycles with 401K Plan Sponsors, maintain operational oversight of managed account clients and fee collection process. Ideal candidates must be a self-starter and be able to excel in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Execute and monitor daily/weekly operational processes for Recordkeeping partners, ensuring program integrity and execution quality through review and analysis.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure timely reconciliation and resolution of participant-related issues.
• Identify and track until resolution any issues or errors identified through exceptions management.
• Communicate in an accurate and timely manner with both internal and external partners.
• Support monthly and quarterly team billing processes.

Requirements:

• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a deadline driven environment.
• Demonstrate consistent success in delivering impeccable customer service.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or 1 – 2 years of financial services experience.
• Proficiency in Excel required.
