Child Neuropsychologist (PsyD, PhD, LPP)

We are currently seeking licensed Child-focused Neuropsychologists (PsyD, PhD, LPP) for full or part-time positions in our Louisville, Kentucky location. We can also accept candidates who are license eligible at the doctoral level in the state of Kentucky.

Clinicians have a hybrid model available – In-person/telehealth

Requirements:

  • Must have a Doctorate degree (PhD or PsyD) in clinical psychology or licensed as a LPP in Kentucky

  • Must be fully licensed or license eligible at the doctoral level

  • Solid computer and basic technology skills

  • Demonstrated history of professional growth and development

  • Self-motivated and independent clinicians able to quickly build rapport with clients

  • 1 year of applied practice after completing academic and post-doctoral requirements (Preferred)

  • Knowledge of basic cognitive and psychological assessment tools.

  • Good writing and time management skills

  • Willingness to work within private practice setting and consult with local hospitals

  • Clinicians have the option to see clients in the office, through telehealth, or through a hybrid of telehealth and in-office sessions

  • EMR system for patient records with an administrative staff to handle scheduling, initial patient data entry and billing

Beneficial Skills & Experience:

  • Competent with a wide range of clinical presentations

  • Experience with children or adolescents

  • Experience with couples or family counseling

  • Experience with health psychology

Advantages:

  • Pay is on a fee-for-service basis and the level of pay is determined based on level of education, number of billable hours worked, and experience.

Compensation

  • W-2 Fee for Service

  • Full-Time employees have the ability to earn $75,000-$100,000 for fully licensed Psychologists

  • 0-2 years of experience: starting at $75,000 with a minimum of 36 billable hours per week.

  • 2-5 years of experience: starting at $85,000 with a minimum of 36 billable hours per week.

  • 5-10 years of experience: starting at $90,000 with minimum of 36 billable hours per week.
