What are the responsibilities and job description for the Gallery Intern position at Eden Gallery?
Eden Gallery is looking for an Administration / Operations / Social Media I/ Sales Interns for our Aspen Gallery available to work between June to Sep 2024.
The intern will assist in overall US gallery operations and/or provide support to our administrative & Sales team as well as the headquarters' team. The role will also work on special projects such as Events to assist our teams.
The ideal candidate will:
· Have some experience with administrative work.
· Familiar with social media platforms including Instagram.
· Can multitask and assist on projects across departments.
· Flexible to work during gallery openings and events in some evening hours.
· Flexible to work during either morning shifts, mid day shifts or evening shifts including during weekends when needed.
· Flexible to work during gallery events in some evening hours.
-Fluent in English.
Interns must be currently enrolled in a university/college program / college graduates.
This role will be unpaid but we offer a transportation and lunch stipend, to minimize personal expenses. The expected hours are up to 40 hours a week, with flexible timing for events.
