We're hiring multiple Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN to serve our patients in the Longview, WA area.
OVERVIEW
Provides skilled nursing care to patients in their homes under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Provides service in accordance with the HHA philosophy, standards, policies, and scope of practice.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN
- Home Health experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN, preferred
- Current BCLS certification
- TB testing
- Valid Driver’s license and reliable automobile
- Proof of current automobile insurance (MVR checked)
- Criminal background check clearance
