What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Asset Management position at EDEN Inc?
Summary:
Director of Asset Management reports to the Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for the efficient, effective operations of EDEN's real estate assets. This position provides leadership in the preservation of EDEN's portfolio of properties as well as the long-term viability of its assets. This position has administrative and community building responsibilities. It requires understanding of ADAMHS Board, OHMAS, HUD, and OHFA building standards and local municipality building codes, including lead certifications, Ohio Tenant-Landlord Law and Fair Housing Guidelines and be able to communicate these standards to staff, agencies, and contractors. This position must be committed to the goal of helping Agency's residents to live in safe, affordable high-quality housing.
Education and Experience:
A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Residential Property Management, Real Estate Development, Facilities Management, or a related field preferred. A minimum of 5 years of cross-disciplinary experience in real estate development, real estate finance, property management, compliance, maintenance, and/or construction. Accreditation by CHAM, HCCP or SHCM, HDFP or ECFP is preferred. Proven track record of outstanding performance in a previous, complex enterprise
Certifications, Licenses, Registrations:
A valid driver's license with good driving record and proof of insurance is required. A reliable personal vehicle for transportation to be utilized for work purposes is required.
