What are the responsibilities and job description for the LPN with Long Term Care (LTC) position at Edge Global?

  • An LPN with experience working in LTC setting is required for a 13-week assignment.
  • Long Term Care Facility. Will be performing assessments, treatments, medication administration, notification to MD/NP of pertinent information, admitting/discharging, ADL assistance, gastrostomy tube care, urinary catheter care, nebulized treatment, wound vac care, CPAP care and other assigned duties.
  • Shifts available: Varied Shifts- will be based on census and facility need.

Salary: $47.00 - $50.00 per hour

Standard shift:

  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Night shift

Supplemental schedule:

  • Holidays
  • On call
  • Overtime

Weekly schedule:

  • 3x12
  • 4x10
  • 4x12
  • 5x8
  • Monday to Friday

License/Certification:

  • LVN (Preferred)
  • BLS Certification (Preferred)
  • LPN (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

  • Honokaa, HI 96727 (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Honokaa, HI 96727: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
