Responsibilities
As a key member of our property maintenance team, you will be responsible for the following:
· Maintain proper appearance around the living areas and Amenities Building.
· Provide maintenance to living quarters on site. (plumbing, minor electrical, door locks, shower stalls, HVAC filters, Generators, bulbs, etc)
· Grounds maintenance (weed control, watering, traffic controls)
· Trash removal
· Perform monthly checks on equipment and appliances and perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
· Inspect rooms in between check outs and check ins.
· Assist in spot cleaning in Amenities building and rooms as needed between housekeeping visits.
· Monitor security status of the property.
· Ensure proper steps are taken in emergency situations and report to Property Manager for direction.
· Make keys as needed.
· Visually inspect fire extinguishers for serviceability.
· Perform after hours requests as needed.
· Additional duties as assigned by the Property Manager.
Required Qualifications
· HS diploma or equivalent
· Valid US Driver’s License
· Age: 21 year of age minimum
· Two to four years related experience or equivalent
