The Edgewater Beach Hotel is seeking a Part Time Concierge.
With a coveted beachfront setting overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and 125 modern suites, the Edgewater Beach Hotel is a charming Naples vacation resort that defines barefoot elegance. The Edgewater has remained an icon among hotels in Naples, Florida for over 30 years due to our premier location and the attentiveness of our dedicated staff.
The Concierge is responsible for providing exceptional service through:
- Staying current with activities and events in the local area
- Providing assistance for reservation and transportation needs of guests
- Recommending restaurants and attractions based on guests needs and preferences
- Assisting the Front Office Team in welcoming guests and providing assistance in lobby
Ideal candidate is outgoing and personable, guest service oriented, very strong verbal and written communication skills, basic computer and office skills, and very knowledgeable of the downtown Naples area.
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
