Edgewater is seeking qualified candidates for a System Analyst 4 opportunity for our customer in Los Alamos, NM to support the Los Alamos National Laboratory.

SUMMARY
Analyzes complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements. Configures system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing; and creates specifications for systems to meet business requirements. Designs details of automated systems. May provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems. May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.
Has broad expertise or unique knowledge, uses skills to contribute to development of technical objectives and principles to achieve goals in creative and effective ways. Develops and/or implements advanced concepts, techniques, and standards based on professional principles and theories. Considered an expert in the field. Has impact on success of future concepts, products or technologies. Works under consultative direction toward predetermined long-range targets. EDUCATION
Position typically requires a post-graduate degree and/or expert level professional certification(s) and a minimum of twelve years related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
This system analyst role will provide support for ASM's Ariba implementation. Specific knowledge and experience in SAP Ariba software is required. LANL is searching for multiple individuals with skills in specific areas. These areas include:
- Source-to-Contract Administration, including eSourcing event support, Sourcing and Contract Template Administration, Master Data Administration, Service Requests with AMS for issue resolution, general SME understanding of Sourcing and Contracting projects and issue resolution.
- P2P Administration, including Downstream Configuration Change design and documentation, Service Requests with AMS to resolve issues, Supplier Setup and Enablement and Catalog Creation and Validation expertise.
- Ariba reporting expertise to include the development of compound, custom reports through the Ariba reporting tool, creation of custom facts and Dashboard Development.
- Expertise in User enablement functions within Ariba, including category design for P2P enablement, process design and workflow creation, coaching of LANL SMEs to adopt best practices, review and research on new features and general expertise in regression testing.
