Digital Content Designer, Corporate

Edgewell Personal Care’s (EPC) internal creative department is currently seeking a Digital Content Designer, Corporate . In this role, you will serve as the Edgewell visual ID expert, and be the point person for all creative work related to the company’s corporate marketing efforts. You will design creative that compliments and supports our corporate purpose and employer brand, working closely with peers and internal partners to develop and execute best in class content.

Responsibilities:
Develop branding campaigns for corporate initiatives (e.g. Sustainability, Leadership Development program) which may include idea generation, logo design and all associated creative materials.

Consult with partner agencies/vendors to provide creative guidance/direction, assets and feedback on work related to Edgewell’s corporate branding. Work may include video and/or animation production, report production (e.g. annual Sustainability Report), photography shoots, etc.

Concept and design Corporate social content, in-line with best practices for each social channel (e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram).

Design corporate presentations, investor decks and sales presentations, as well as training guides, recruiting/onboarding materials, workbooks, manuals, reports, etc.

Enhance, update and maintain Edgewell.com. Communicate original concepts through sketches, wireframes and visual comps.

Design employee outreach emails, fliers and other communication as needed.

Design branded PPT, flyer, email and social templates for day-to-day use by internal teams.

Concept and design graphics for Edgewell offices/plants around the world.

Create layouts for any Edgewell’s advertising (print, digital, etc).

Follow and maintain Edgewell brand guidelines, typography, photography, color etc. in all creative. Ensure all creative work meets business objectives.

Provide design support as needed for Edgewell brands.

Research trends in art and digital design within Corporate Marketing; present ideas and concepts for new innovation.

Collaborate closely with the in-house Creative Services team, Corporate Communications team and other internal client groups.

Skills and Abilities Required:
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in graphic design, motion graphics, art direction or a related field.

Minimum 5 years successful professional design experience, preferably in B2B marketing. 2 years in motion design experience preferred.

Proficient with Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite products (Photoshop, Illustrator, Animate, After Effects, InDesign), Canva, Cinema 4D or other Animation software. Advanced PPT/presentation design skills.

Strong typography and layout skills.

Ability to work cross-functionally.

Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail oriented.

Self-starter/proactive.

The salary range for this position is $72,000-108,000. The actual base salary offered to a candidate may vary based upon factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in the role, the base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance.
