What are the responsibilities and job description for the Gift Wrapper/Order Fulfiller position at Edible Arrangements?
We are looking for a detail-oriented person to work in a steady paced environment; primarily to fulfill orders/wrap our delicious fruit arrangements and products. The Gift Wrapper/Order Fulfiller will also be crossed trained in various areas of operation including: fruit prep, chocolate dipping fruit as well as light customer service. The Gift Wrapper/Order Fulfiller will be well adversed in all the different products, how to wrap each gift, prepare and tag them for delivery or pick up.
Responsibilities
- Order fulfillment
- Wrap fruit arrangements, platters and dipped fruit boxes to prepare for delivery or pick-up
- General knowledge of the various products
- Understand the order fulfillment tickets
- Work efficiently at a steady pace while maintaining accuracy
- Learn all new product launches
- Will know how to prep and dip fruit
- Take phone orders/light customer service
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
