Overview
As a key member of design group, you will be chartered with various aspects of UX design, including, research, interaction design and visual design.

What you will do:

• Develop intuitive, usable, and engaging end to end user experience for enterprise web applications.
• Be a key member with business and product teams to understand the “big picture” of business requirements. Communicate stance on difficult UX issues across multiple product lines.
• Use deep understanding of competitor’s overall product line, platform, or technology strategy to create business and product line breakthrough’s and identify unarticulated customer or partner needs and evangelize strategy to address those needs across multiple products or product lines.
• Design mock-ups and high-fidelity user interfaces with high degree of consistency and simplicity while adhering to design principles and user centric design practices.
• Define macro to micro interactions for the design solution.
• Stay abreast of UX trends and look for creative ideas and inspiration in parallel analogous worlds.

Job requirements: Minimum Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree, or foreign degree equivalent, in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Information Science, or in a related field plus 5 years of experience as an Interaction Designer or related occupation, including:

• 5 years of experience as UX designer leading complex design projects;
• 5 years of UCD based user-experience design for the enterprise web application;
• 5 years of experience in diverse aspects of the UX design work and process;
• 5 years of experience in design with demonstrated attention to visual and interaction details;
• 3 years of hands-on experience working with design tools such as Sketch, principle, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Balsamiq, Axure, Justinmind, and Creo.
• 3 years of experience designing high-fidelity mockups and prototype using Sketch, principle, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Balsamiq, Axure, Justinmind, and Creo; and
• 3 years of experience articulating design decisions and managing communication efficiently with product team.

Alternate Requirements: A Master’s degree, or foreign degree equivalent, in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Information Science, or in a related field plus 3 years of experience as an Interaction Designer or related occupation, including:

• 3 years of experience as UX designer leading complex design projects;
• 3 years of UCD based user-experience design for the enterprise web application;
• 3 years of experience in diverse aspects of the UX design work and process;
• 3 years of experience in design with demonstrated attention to visual and interaction details;
• 2 years of hands-on experience working with design tools such as Sketch, principle, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Balsamiq, Axure, Justinmind, and Creo.
• 2 years of experience designing high-fidelity mockups and prototype using Sketch, principle, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Balsamiq, Axure, Justinmind, and Creo; and
• 2 years of experience articulating design decisions and managing communication efficiently with product team.

Experience may be gained concurrently. Any suitable, equivalent combination of education, experience, or training is acceptable.

Note: The expected base pay range for this position is $145,184 - $158,300 per year. Base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, and experience.
