Senior BAS Project Manager

$130,000- $160,000

Join a leading Systems Integrator with projects across New York City.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a range of projects, ensuring kept with budget and meeting timelines set.
- Negotiate and manage agreements for sub contractors
- Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors, contractors, consultants and clients.
- Communicate project progress, issues and financial status.
Qualification/ skill set:
- Technical background in HVAC systems and BMS Controls.
- Experience with Schneider or Tridium/ Niagara products is a bonus
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
