Education Advanced, Inc. is seeking a qualified executive assistant to join our team and support our C-level executives. This position requires a highly capable, self-driven individual, able to work under limited supervision with the ability to change tasks depending on what is needed. This is a completely remote position and will require you to maintain a reliable internet connection from your home office. Our ideal candidate is goal-oriented, has exceptional organizational skills, has the ability and desire for continuous professional growth and draws energy from being a part of the team.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Maintains the executive’s calendar: schedules and confirms appointments, arranges for meetings onsite and virtual, makes and confirms travel plans
- Prepares agendas or presentations, attends meetings with the executive, and takes, transcribes, and distributes notes or minutes
- Prepares and submits expense reports on behalf of the executive and the team
- Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information
- Performs work under minimal supervision.
- Handles complex issues and problems, and refers only the most complex issues to higher-level staff
- Provides leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to a subordinate group. May act as a lead or first-level supervisor
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- 4 years of experience as a PA/EA in a high growth company/organization, ideally supporting C-level executives
- Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and 4 to 6 years of experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Impeccable organizational skills
- Technologically savvy in a variety of formats and areas
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Ability to work closely with all team members
