Edward Jones is looking to hire a Team Leader-Branch Business Systems who will lead a team of 8 Business System Analysts.
Technical responsibilities:
- Maintain and evolve quality Business Systems Analysis processes to support technical lifecycles performed in IS as well as non-technical engagements
- Review of Business Systems Analysis process deliverables.
- Contribute strong thought leadership to project teams to support tool integration, transparency of data and efficiency in process.
- Understand key Financial Advisor and Business Office Administrator measurements and impacts of change to the key measurements.
Leadership responsibilities:
- Challenge, develop and retain talented associates.
- Strategically allocate resources based on an assessment of associate business expertise, process/data/technical analysis and priority of effort.
- Build, maintain, and leverage relationships to gather critical information and influence key decisions. This involves communication and coordination both within and outside the organization.
What Experience You Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics or equivalent work experience.
- 5 years business experience researching and implementing technology driven business applications in a highly collaborative environment.
- Prior experience in a Business System Analyst function supporting data driven systems.
- Working knowledge of the following: Process flow, data flow, data dictionary, use cases, requirements gathering, test scripts, data warehousing concepts and solutions, VBA, Business intelligence software, Visualization tools, systems development life cycle, data optimization, information asset management.
- 2 years leadership experience with systems focused projects and teams
