The Trust Specialist position is part of the Trust Administration Team and will be responsible for providing total support of the Administration, Investments and Special Asset teams. The individual will work closely with clients, trust officers, portfolio managers, vendors, and Edward Jones branch teams. In addition, the trust specialist will support the goals of the firm by providing excellent service to our clients and branches while maintaining fiduciary and regulatory standards. This position is critical to enhancing the client experience for trust clients.
The Trust Specialist role supports all members of the Client Service Team – Trust Officer, Portfolio Manager, and Trust Consultant.

As a Trust Specialist, you will:
- Deliver excellent client service to Financial Advisors, clients, and internal associates.
- Assist with the administration of accounts so the Trust Company fulfills its fiduciary duties and protects its reputation, while mitigating risk.
- Support the Trust Company and firm associates on trust administration matters.
- Develop and maintain knowledge required for administering accounts managed by the Trust Company.
This is a hybrid or on-site role. Candidates are required to be on-site in either the St. Louis or Tempe, AZ offices 2 or more times per week.
What You Need:
- High school degree required. Associate degree or related professional degree strongly preferred
- At least 1 - 3 years experience within a financial services company or related professional experience required
- Ability to work on-site at either the St. Louis, MO or Tempe, AZ headquarters 2 or more days per week.
- Moderate to advanced Excel skills preferred
- Ability to anticipate needs of clients and internal client service teams and take initiative to identify, follow up on and complete work
- Ability to communicate regarding trust services and processes with established guidelines

The salary range for this role is based on national data and actual pay is based on skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors for a potential new associate:
