What are the responsibilities and job description for the VP - Order to Cash position at EEC Acquisition?
Position is responsible for managing Smart Care’s Order to Cash Process. The responsibilities include designing, maintaining and iterating the entire order to cash process throughout the organization. This leader must be able to work across the organization to optimize process to ensure billing accuracy, meet needs of the customers and manage the collection process. The billing and collections process is a key component of the overall customer experience and leader should bring value to that experience. The position will report to the CFO, partner with sales, operations and IT and overs master data, billing, collections and AR postings. Principle Accountabilities: Lead billing and collections throughout the organization Organize departments to meet customer needs Create regular feedback loop with operations and sales to optimize collections Maintain billing accuracy of greater than 95% Establish lead metrics to manage teams Manage outsource partner Develop training and onboarding program for department Develop onboarding manual for new customers Establish a problem-solving culture Integration from decentralized to centralized culture. Requirements: Proven track record of process improvement Lean six sigma preferred Management of international outsource partners preferred 5 years of management experience preferred Ability to travel as required (approx. 25%) Ability to solve and articulate complex solutions with minimal input and direction Ability to amicably resolve issues and questions with internal/external customers About Smart Care Smart Care is a national repair and service provider for commercial foodservice, refrigeration, and cold storage equipment.
