- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery, equipment, and systems
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
- Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and follow maintenance schedules
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of equipment and systems
```Qualifications:```
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in maintenance or a related field preferred
- Strong customer service skills to interact with internal customers
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
- Basic leadership skills to supervise contractors or other technicians if necessary
- Knowledge of electrical systems, including wiring, motors, and control panels
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills
