EEG Management is expanding in the Montgomery, AL area and is seeking talented Property Management professionals as we acquire new properties in our portfolio.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Must have, HUD & Onesite Experiance
- Property Management experience in a multi-family apartment home type setting.
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and run property operations independently
- Must be organized, professional, friendly, enthusiastic and motivating
- Proficient in operating and maintaining office equipment
- Technology proficient abilities preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
