JOB TITLE:
Assistant Professor
JOB PURPOSE:
Teach courses including, but not limited to Business Law, Commercial Law, Law & Technology, Evidence, Torts, and Trial Advocacy
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Teach law courses in Business Law, Litigation Practice and other related fields ;research, scholarship and service
REMOTE WORK ELIGIBILITY:
This position provides vital support to campus customers and requires the successful candidate be available to work on campus.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The successful applicant likely will possess various desired qualifications, including, without limitation,
(1) a demonstrated commitment to outstanding teaching, research, and scholarship,
(2) relevant legal experience,
(3) advanced academic degrees,
(4) experience as a judicial clerk, and
(5) experience as a teaching fellow or equivalent position at an accredited school
