Position Summary:

eEmployers Solutions is currently looking for a full time Strategic Business Consultant. This person must share our passion for great customer service, have the ability to deliver a superior customer buying experience and develop long term, repeat business relationships with all our clients.  This position offers the chance to work with business owners finding opportunities to implement Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions to their employment challenges. Our complete suite of offerings includes Human Resources, Employee Benefits, Risk Management, Payroll Management and Employment Analytic Tools.

Experience and Education:

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree
  • 1 year of Payroll or PEO experience (preferred but not required)
  • 2 – 3 years of B2B sales experience
  • Examples of exceeding continuous revenue goals during your current tenure
  • COI’s a plus in the areas of:
    • CPA’s
    • Insurance (P&C, Health)
    • Banking/Financial Institutions
