- Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm

- Making sure mail is getting out and circulating
- Scanning/Filing
- Helping with chart of accounts
- Payroll

Schedule: 1st shift (Monday to Friday)
Job Duties/ Requirements:
- Accounts Payable/Receivable and proficient in QuickBooks Payroll
- Provided excellent customer service both in office and over the phone.
- Received phone calls requesting services and wrote down relevant information
- Use AND maintenance of office equipment i.e. phone, computer, printer/fax, etc
- Invoicing and mailings
- General housekeeping of office
- Assisted with material ordering
