- Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
- Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
- Create and update records
- Order supplies
- Invoice customers using Quickbooks
- Take orders from customers over the phone

Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Proficiency in Quickbooks
- Problem solving
- Experience 1 yr
- Time management
