Ecconsults is looking for a CNC Machine Shop Manager for our client near Granville, NY. This position will supervise and coordinate machine shop activities as well as machine parts and will also identify problems and help develop options to resolve problems and implement solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and ensuring proper process flow
- Monitoring employee productivity and quality
- Assisting owner on hiring and training new employees
- Operate CNC machines, as well as manual machining operations
- Program CNC Equipment
- Read drawings to determine critical dimensions and work with process
- Develop set-up procedures and machining operations for new jobs
- Work with owner to develop cost estimates for new projects
Qualifications:
- 3-5yrs prior supervisory experience in a CNC machining environment preferred.
- Familiarity of Geometric Tolerances
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred)
- Ability to plan, prioritize, multi-task, and complete work assignments with deadlines
