We are seeking a well-versed lead HVAC technician with a comprehensive understanding of the HVAC system and operations to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects, ensuring work is completed on time and to the highest standard.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of the HVAC team.
  • Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations.
  • Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to workers and clients.
  • Establish and adjust work sequences to meet construction schedule, using knowledge of capacities of equipment and assigned personnel.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and team members.
  • Maintain a clean and safe job site, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed.

    • Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in the HVAC industry, or completion of an HVAC educational program.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and ability to effectively use power and hand tools.
  • Must be capable of lifting and carrying heavy items as job consist of handling tools, equipment and other HVAC components.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety and cleanliness on the job.
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
