Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Program Coordinator to join our team. The Program Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of various programs, managing budgets, and supervising program staff.

Duration: Hybrid (Mon, Tue, Wed-onsite, Thu & Fri-remote)
Shift: Flexible start times are 7:00am – 8:30am to end times 3:30pm - 5:00pm
Payrate: $15.81/hr-$18.90/hr (Based on Experience)
Duties:
- The duties include updating custodial parents and non-custodial parent information in ISETS. This may include updating the non-custodial employer and addresses information in the database. The employee is expected to utilize all available resources such as: Panoptic, Justice Xchange, Bureau Motor Vehicle, Accurint, Federal Case Registry, and Federal Parent Locate Service Portal.
- Locate requests are received from IVD Prosceutor staff, out -of-state child support offices, as well as Child Support Bureau staffs. All locate functions are used to establish and enforce child support orders.
- Research the various error reports to correct ISETS information. These reports display possible participant Social Security Number and Date of Birth errors in ISETS and research is completed to correct invalid information as needed.
- Conduct locate searches for undistributed collecitons that are due to custodial parents and/non-custodial parents. These include Stale dated warrants, return warrants, and child support warrants.
- Research the weekly WEAAD485 (Vehicle Lien Release) report. Report is researched to identify the location of the correct title for the individual identified on the report. Retrieve titles from cabinets, generate Title Release Letters, input "SENT" date of titles released into ISETS. Update the system with NCP's address information as needed.
- Answer telephone inquiries and return phone calls from NCPs, county workers, automobile dealerships, insurance companies, etc. Calls are handled knowledgeably and courteously.
- Work incoming mail appropriately and timely. Mail includes incoming titles, mechanic lien notices, and miscellaneous items.
- Respond to e-mails located in the INCEUBMVLIENS mailbox.
- Provide customer service to lobby visitors immediately, as needed.
- Receive titles from BMV, update the Received Date in ISETS and file titles in storage cabinet.
Required Skills:
- High school diploma or GED-Required
- Prior experience in a customer service role.-Required- 1 Year
- Computer literate with prior data entry experience.-Required- 1 Year
- Prior experience maintaining personal and confidential information.-Required- 1 Year
- Good organizational skills and detail oriented-Required
- Ability to perform well in a fast paced/high volume work environment-Required
- Excellent verbal and written skills-Required
