Interim Director of Plant Operations (3-6 Month Assignment)

Rural, 25-Bed Critical Access Hospital

1. Assess the competency and role of the current Manager who is not a seasoned plant ops individual.

2. Assess the competency and role of the staff reporting to this individual

a. 1 x Biomedical Equipment Tech

b. 3 x Engineer Building Maintenance

c. 1 x Engineer Building Maintenance Fleet

d. 4 x Stationary Engineer

e. 1 x Healthcare Facilities Coordinator (clerical)

f. 1 x Emergency Preparedness Coordinator

3. Facility and structural code inspection.

a. Particular attention to plumbing and recent “add-on” repairs.

4. Summarize the overall readiness and capability of our plant ops services

5. If applicable, on-site training to elevate the competency of key individuals, or, possibility outsourcing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50.00 - $80.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
