Job Summary

Egnyte is seeking a Manager of Demand Generation to drive new customer acquisition and current customer upsell programs. In this role, you will leverage various marketing channels including email, SEM/SEO, webinars, social and in-person events to generate pipeline for the business. You will develop a point of view on the right types of programs and content to run to the right people at the right time, and guide your colleagues both in Sales and Marketing Ops in the execution of campaigns at scale. In addition, you will support North America field marketing efforts by assisting with the creation and implementation of regional events that will enable Sales and Marketing to evangelize Egnyte’s products.


What you can expect to work on:

  • Architect effective campaigns, with clear calls-to-action and core content used at various staging of the buying process.
  • Create and optimize programs that turn qualified, interested leads into customers, as well as helping existing customers maximize their value realization with Egnyte. 
  • Partner with Sales, Sales Development and Customer Success teams to successfully execute programs and deliver qualified opportunities
  • Work closely with Egnyte’s Design and Marketing Ops team to execute campaigns and develop roadmaps for system and process improvements, calendaring and audience segmentation, and A/B tests.
  • Support the development and execution of field marketing programs; serve as the lead on several events a year
  • Collect and share customer intelligence with the sales team
  • Assist with webinar planning and promotion
  • Measure all results and share best practices with the wider Sales & Marketing teams.

 

What you need to succeed:

  • BA/BS or equivalent working experience.
  • Proven success leading demand generation programs, including campaigns, email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, web analytics, and field marketing.
  • Proficiency using marketing automation technology (Marketo preferred) and CRM (Salesforce preferred). Analytical abilities to derive meaning from data through A/B testing and email optimization.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and within a matrixed organization 
  • Excellent writing and communication skills with a highly adaptable style to communicate in varying tones to our targeted customer personas.
