What we’re looking for:
We’re searching for a Clinic Director with an unwavering commitment to patient experience, operational expertise and the ability to serve as the day-to-day leader of our flagship clinic in Rockefeller Center, NY. The Clinic Director will take responsibility for clinic performance; including preventive medical care delivery, oversight of quality, patient safety, staffing, day to day operations, practice evolution, healthcare and regulatory compliance, and most importantly patient, client, and team member experience.
The Clinic Director will partner cross-functionally with all of EHE’s departments, including medical quality, marketing, technology and client success to ensure that patients continue to have a differentiated EHE experience and we are delivering value to our clients by keeping their employee populations healthy and engaged.
We need someone ready to solve problems on a day-to-day basis, who can build deep and leverageable relationships with patients, physicians, clinical staff and executives and who takes pride in ownership over the operations of our NY clinic. In this role, you will:
- Oversee and ensure efficient day-to-day clinic operations, delivering a high level of productivity and providing operational and technical direction
- Monitor clinic function, solving problems and optimizing operations as needed
- Manage the P&L and budgeting of our NY Clinic
- Partner with other EHE leaders to ensure all patients consistently receive outstanding medical care and continually raise patient satisfaction and ensuing NPS
- Understand all aspects of the EHE patient journey, while owning the exam day experience
- Work with medical operations and HR to ensure appropriate clinic staffing
- Develop critical relationships with physicians and clinical staff to help our clinical employees grow professionally and continually strive for excellence
- Operationalize changes to medical and other clinic protocols
- Build strategic relationships with building staff to ensure a seamless process for our patients entering our clinics
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state and local regulations and guidelines
What the role requires:
- RN/BSN credentials and/or advanced degree in healthcare administration preferred
- 3 years’ experience leading a healthcare practice; primary care preferred, and oversight of a practice with a high commitment to patient experience a strong plus
- Ability to be a change-agent and an organizational champion, someone with the skills to maintain culture, while continually evolving a 100 year old organization
- Strong working knowledge of EMRs and an ability to contribute insights and clinician feedback to our technology team as they work on system improvements
- Demonstrated track record of implementing major process improvements
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA and other patient-focused laws and regulations
- Unwavering commitment to customer service
- Outstanding interpersonal communication, with the ability to successfully develop and hold physicians and clinical staff accountable when necessary
- A self-starter with a passion for quickly solving problems
- Strong knowledge of MS office and other web-based applications
