EIA is seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to assist and coordinate various functions within our busy sales department. The ideal candidate must have the ability to work in a fast paced, high demand environment, while maintaining the ability to be organized and detailed originated.
Responsibilities for the Sales Administrator
· Acting as the administrative point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients.
· Answering phone calls and directing calls appropriately.
· Provide administrative support to the Estimating/Sales department.
· Greeting guests and visitors.
· Various tasks working with Excel worksheets.
· Develop, maintain, and update various reports as needed.
· Extreme focus on customer experience and satisfaction.
· Complete documents on time, such as: construction bids, customer proposals, change orders, weekly call reports.
· Coordinate and manage senior leader’s calendars, schedule, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
· Performs a range of support activities; act as a liaison with other departments on administrative and/or other matters relating to sales departmental operations.
· Manage office supplies stock and place orders.
· Be resourceful.
· Review weekly field sales reports, preparing data for quarterly reviews and following up on action items.
· Stay ahead of deadlines and ensure that Sales/Estimating teams are on track for due dates.
· Develop and implement an efficient documentation and filing system.
· Perform all other duties assigned by the supervisor.
· Provide a high level of confidentiality.
· Understand and comply with the Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and other industry-specific professional and ethical conduct standards, if applicable.
Qualifications for the Sales Development Associate
· A minimum 2 years of administrative and sales experience.
· College Degree (Preferred).
· Construction experience (preferred)
· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Literacy in Excel.
· Positive team player attitude.
· Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment.
· Good at multitasking.
· Superior organizational and time management skills.
