Physical Job Requirements
- Ability to climb up/down ladders
- Lifting of up to an excess of 75lbs
Work Environment
- Requires working both inside and outside
- Ability to climb up/down ladders/steps at various and sometimes extreme heights in excess of 100ft off the ground.
Main Responsibilities
- Receive grain, test moisture and identify quality issues, ensure grain receipts are tracked to the correct customer
- Maintain records in a neat and orderly fashion
- Ground corn testing
- Operate and Maintain grain dryers
- Operate grain material handling
- Sample and test the quality of the grain
- Direct farmers to correct the section
- Follow all safety practices and prescribed safety protocols.
- All other tasks and duties as requested.
- Reports to Feed Plant Manager.
