The Commercial Insurance Account Specialist Assistant will be involved at a high level of specific accounts either large in complexity, or size, or relation to the agency.

Daily activities include:

  • handling requests for Certificates of Insurance in compliance to policy verbiage
  • quoting and reviewing quotes for accuracy
  • reviewing released policy verbiage
  • reviewing account documents
  • organizing large quantities of information
  • providing high levels of customer service
  • respond and follow up by email/phone with underwriters
  • data entry- Excel and Google Sheets
  • Invoice and track billing accounts monthly
  • other job duties at the request of the Commercial Insurance Account Specialist or Management

Commercial account management experience in Ezlynx a plus but not required.

In depth training will be inclusive of market development, research, and file management preferences.

Accord application knowledge or previous experience will aid in the development of the role.

Providing our Commercial Insurance Account Specialist with the utmost accuracy and urgency is key.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1-year experience of commercial account handling
  • Customer service experience
  • Must have Property Casualty License or attain in first 30 days

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $39,595.00 - $47,183.00 per year
