Human Resources Director
The Human Resources Director will have 1 operational HR Generalist reporting to them and they will manage and oversee the HR Department for accuracy and completeness. The Human Resources Director will report to the CFO.
Job Description
- Lead, direct, develop and coordinate the company polices, procedures and activities
- Ensure legal compliance and implementation of the company mission and talent strategy
- Responsible for running weekly payroll
- Oversee payroll issues and ensure payroll in processed effectively and efficiently
- Handle employment law, procedures and processes
- Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation
- Handle, resolve and provide solutions and recommendations on employee engagement and employee complaints
- Work closely with executive leaders and management to advise, counsel, and provide coaching and resolution to address employee performance.
- Provides performance management guidance to line management (counseling, career development, etc).
- Support management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions
- Provide recommendations and solutions to CFO and/or CEO if employee issues/complaints can't be resolved
- Communicate with the company's attorney on employee legal matters and provide solutions, if needed
- Handle any legal matters for the company
- Work with outside vendors on health care benefits packages provided to company employees
- Ensure company compliance process is working effectively and recommend improvements

Pay: $95,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
