Hubspot Administrator
Work remotely while leveraging your Hubspot experience to support a growing marketing team. EIS is looking for an individual that will own, manage, and maintain our Hubspot platform and collaborate with the team to support the marketing operations.
The ideal person knows Hubspot with strength in contact management, workflow creation, reporting, and integrations with other platforms like Salesforce. You’ll be responsible for owning every aspect of Hubspot, ensuring it is configured optimally based on business requirements to support the business objectives, and working cross-functionality to support and maintain the platform as requirements evolve and campaigns are executed.
The primary objective of this role is to ensure that Hubspot is used properly and effectively to support the day-to-day marketing execution, maintain the integrity and accuracy of our data, and deliver a seamless experience for contacts and leads. This role will require Hubspot expertise in addition to strong data governance knowledge and abilities to ensure proper and accurate use of our data.
This position requires a process-oriented mindset with a keen ability to think critically and from a systems perspective. Prioritizing and executing on the immediate needs while building and following a longer view roadmap is essential. This will require understanding various business requirements, workflows, and dependencies and being able to design and build the right infrastructure to support a cross-functional team.
The ideal candidate has exceptional communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, impeccable organization, is a systems thinker, can find the root cause of problems, and excels at designing foolproof processes and workflows. As a global organization with distributed teams, the ideal candidate will also be comfortable and capable of working across timezones and have experience with global and distributed teams.
Requirements:
- Provide day-to-day support on Hubspot, prioritizing and processing requests, including data imports/exports, reporting, and other ad hoc requests
- Support organization goals by increasing efficiencies and optimizing processes, data quality, and connectivity
- Assist cross-functional teams with defining process requirements and change requests
- Managing and maintaining the integrity of how contact records are used and communicated with
- Define, create, update, and maintain workflows to support business processes and requirements, including tracking of changes governed by changing business requirements (with proper documentation)
- Create and maintain contact properties and establish how they are to be used
- Maintain all system documentation, including workflows, properties, and more
- Manage and maintain integrations with relevant third-party systems, including ZoomInfo, Drift, Salesforce, 6Sense, Google Analytics, GTM, and others
- Monitor and maintain Hubspot infrastructure and data for integrity, accuracy, and connectivity
- Oversee data integrity within Hubspot, including import management, data cleanup, deduping, and more
- Create and maintain a roadmap of necessary changes and enhancements to the Hubspot configuration and infrastructure
- Create and maintain documentation, including diagrams and explanations of how data flows in, out, and throughout Hubspot
- Provide training to the wider marketing team about the proper use of Hubspot
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in digital marketing
- 3 years of experience with Hubspot
- 1 years of experience with Salesforce
- 2 years of experience in B2B marketing
- Experience with databases, data governance, and process improvement
- Stellar communication skills
