ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prepare and serve meals to all residents and employees
• Follow pre-planned menu to provide nutritious meals that meet each residents’ caloric needs
• Follows special diet plans to ensure safety for residents
• Maintains a clean preparation, serving, and dining environment
• Follows all safety and food handling procedures and regulations
• Completes all tasks in a timely manner
• Maintain cook schedules to ensure proper staffing levels.
• Complete performance reviews and hiring activities.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
• High School Diploma/GED
• Safe Serve Certification
