• Required: Five (5) years of HRIS or IT experience using Workday
• Preferred: Experience in using Workday HCM and HCM system functional design, configuration and implementation; healthcare background

Essential Responsibilities
-
1. Demonstrates compliance with Code of Conduct and compliance policies, and takes action to resolve compliance questions or concerns and report suspected violations.
2. Partners with external vendors and EH internal partners on data and systems projects, integration and analytics; ensuring the integrity of HRIS data.
3. Gathers requirements in design sessions, configuration and unit testing, support end to end testing, and managing appropriate training and integrations as needed.
4. Leads and project manages various HR programs, implementations and continuous improvement initiatives.
5. Develops standard and ad hoc reports, templates, dashboards and scorecards.
6. Performs all database administration duties and tasks related to competency application.
7. Updates and distributes Annual Mandatory computer-based training.
8. Creates and maintains performance evaluation schedules.
9. Troubleshoots application questions and workflow issues.
10. Troubleshoots and audits data and reports for accuracy.
11. Produces and submits Federal and State regulatory reports as required including DOL, EEO, CA Pay Data, etc.
12. Assists HR Specialists with projects as required.
13. Performs other duties as assigned.
