Job Description Cybersecurity Consultant – Managed Technology Services EisnerAmper Digital is looking for an exceptional Cybersecurity Consultant to join the practice as a dedicated member of its Managed Technology Services (MTS) team. Responsibilities: Work both independently and in a team setting to lead the planning, execution, reporting and solution delivery phases of Cybersecurity engagements Play a key role in the delivery of Cybersecurity advice, security readiness assessments, and strategic client projects, as well as either managed or non-routine security services Draft executive summaries and client reports outlining observations and recommendations Author, assess, and improve written security policies and operating procedures for clients across several domains: WISP, DR, Incident Response, etc. Manage diligently your priorities, timing, and workload for assigned client engagements Build client confidence and participate in routine relationship management Maintain a deep understanding and workable knowledge of commonly used cybersecurity and IT risk management frameworks Share your experience working with a variety of industries and technology environments, platforms, applications, and tools/utilities Basic qualifications: Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Risk Management, or other IT or Cybersecurity-related field of study 4 years of experience working in IT Risk Consulting, Managed IT Services, Infrastructure Management, Cybersecurity, Information Security, or a related field in either professional services or industry 3 years of experience working with two or more of the following frameworks: SANS/CIS 20, NIST CSF, NIST 800-171/CMMC, ITIL, FFIEC, SWIFT CSCF Have or be willing to obtain within a reasonable period one or more of the following certifications: CISSP, CISA, CSX-P, CISM, and CDPSE Ideally, you'll also have: An advanced degree and/or deep industry experience Experience working with one or more of the following: NY DFS Part 500, NY SHIELD, SEC and DOL Cybersecurity guidance, HIPAA Security Rule Working knowledge of a variety of general IT areas (e.g. Governance, SDLC, Change Management, Operations, Security) Experience using assessment tools and work paper systems #LI-JB1 Preferred Location: New York
