EJ has an immediate opening for CNC Operators on our (2nd and/or 3rd shifts), salary - $20.73 - $26.55 per hour depending on experience. Shift premium of $1.50 with 2nd or 3rd shift positions.

SUMMARY
Responsible for running Doosan, Vertical Lathes, and Bullard Vertical Lathes. Will run various CNC controlled machining centers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

- Works in manner which demonstrates commitment to personal safety and that of others within the organization.
- Setups machining tool and proof of first piece.
- Reads product print and follows BOM and routes information on production orders.
- Performs quality checks using micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
- Runs production parts at or above standard rates.
- Problem solves issues with the machine setup, part issues or the CNC program.
- Promotes safety awareness, accident prevention, and employee involvement with regard to a safe work environment. Ensures employees understand the safety expectations of the organization.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Must have experience running a CNC machine
Must have experience with Calipers, Micrometers, tape measure and other quality measurement tools
Prefer experience with Doosan Vertical Lathes and Bullard Vertical Lathes
Prefer experience with Blue Print reading, G-Code Reading, and performing quality auditing and checking
