Responsibilities:
- Perform recruitment duties such as sourcing new talent, scheduling interviews, updating the calendar accordingly, and monitoring emails.
- Prepare and post job advertisements online
- Screen applications and resumes
- Follow up with candidates during the recruitment process, like shortlisting callbacks or rejection emails.
- Manage candidate database
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of recruitment experience; eCommerce field experience is preferred
- Familiarity with job boards and applicant tracking systems
- This role requires excellent organization skills, people skills, relationship building, problem-solving, and strong communication skills
- Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with candidates
- Familiarity with hiring practices and stages (screening, interview, assessment, onboarding)
- Experience using recruiting software and social networks for recruiting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
