Job Posting for Bi-Lingual Property Manager at EJF Real Estate Services Inc
Description
In this position you will serve as the point of contact for owners, renters, contractors and HOA Board and be expected to liaise effectively between all groups. Primary duties also include the following:
Handle all owner and residential requests for common element or association services.
Inspect property for services needed, prepare work orders, schedule repairs with appropriate resource.
Manage incoming calls at the onsite office and handle incoming mail, packages, etc. for residents.
Attend Board meetings and hearings of the Board serving as the witness at those hearings as necessary.
Prepare property inspection reports and follow-up as needed.
Code and approve bills and order supplies.
Assist in preparing communications for the Board and residents.
Be familiar with governing documents and Board policies and procedures.
Perform other administrative and property management duties as requested.
Requirements
High school diploma, some college coursework preferred in Real Estate or related field. Must have at least 3 years experience in property management. Bilingual in Spanish is required.

Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all level
Project management and/or ability to multitask and manage competing deadlines
Experience working with contractors
Strong problem resolution skills
Ability to work independently and proactively
Some financial and/or accounting experience helpful in assisting with budget creation and management
Supervisory experience helpful in managing onsite staff
