Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Dietitian to join our healthcare team. The Dietitian will be responsible for assessing patients' nutritional needs, developing and implementing dietary plans, and providing nutritional counseling.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess patients' nutritional status
- Develop individualized dietary plans based on patient assessments
- Educate patients on nutrition, healthy eating habits, and lifestyle changes
- Monitor and evaluate patients' progress towards their nutritional goals
- Provide guidance on tube feeding and other specialized nutritional interventions
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Offer health coaching to support patients in achieving optimal health outcomes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Dietetics or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) certification
- Profound knowledge of human physiology and its relation to nutrition
- Experience in conducting patient assessments and developing dietary plans
- Familiarity with tube feeding techniques and specialized nutrition support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient counseling
- Ability to provide alimentary guidance tailored to individual needs
