We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled CNC Vertical Center Operator with expertise in Fanuc controls, blueprint interpretation, program editing, and proficiency in using verniers, calipers, and micrometers. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Operate CNC vertical machine centers equipped with Fanuc controls.
- Set up and load materials into the machine.
- Interpret engineering blueprints and drawings.
- Make program edits to customize machining processes.
- Utilize precision measurement tools, including verniers, calipers, and micrometers, to verify product quality.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and inspections.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CNC Vertical Machine Center Operator.
- Proficiency in operating CNC machines with Fanuc controls.
- Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills.
- Ability to make program edits for job customization.
- Experience with precision measurement tools, such as verniers, calipers, and micrometers.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, precise components.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
