Primary Responsibilities:
Generating deep dive analysis reports and presentation for Service Account managers. Provide valuable analytical points to the team
- Carrier, ASC Dashboards support and maintenance
- Team support on documenting meetings and ensure SharePoint data is up-to-date
- Program Management: support the development of new programs through feasibility studies, benchmarking, and external research. Additionally, support one or more short-term project, depending on those projects that are available during your internship period
- Collaborate across functional teams within the division
- Complete feasibility studies, benchmarking, and external research to support strategic program development
- Project manage one or more short-term projects within Customer Care such as B2B Reporting to support service needs and real cost for specific projects, WIS reports to support carrier specific needs, client dashboard maintenance and include WIS data
Required Qualifications:
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to research, prepare, analyze and deliver data to support the management of the business
- The ability to manage, plan, organize, assign, schedule and prioritize multiple work assignments and projects as directed
- Must be able to communicate in writing through email and reports, or orally for internal communications at all management and staff organizational levels for both persuasion and/or the communication of technical information
