Requirements
This position requires the following:
- Prior bar tending experience is required
- Confident and highly social personality
- Knowledge of spirits, bar tending, and drink-making
- Knowledge of Latin American spirits a plus
- Greeting and welcoming guests
- Ability to move quickly and efficiently
- Maintaining complete knowledge of all food and beverage items including specials, their prices and availability
- Walking guests through our menus and daily specials
- Accurately take orders
- Accurate money handling, processing credit card transactions, basic math skills
- Basic knowledge of POS software
- Ability to communicate well with others
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Other duties as assigned by management team
