We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Brand Ambassadors to help us increase brand awareness, enhance sales, and build strong customer relationships.
Role Description:
As a Brand Ambassador for California Love and El Dorado Group, your primary responsibility is to represent our brands with the utmost professionalism and enthusiasm. You will play a pivotal role in boosting brand awareness, fostering positive perceptions, and educating both retail and end consumers about our products. Your interactions with the public, including PADs (Patient Appreciation Days), Budtender Educations, Events, Tastings, and in-store check-ins, are integral to our success.
To thrive in this position, you should possess exceptional communication and networking abilities. Prior experience in a brand ambassador or a related role is highly preferred, along with a solid understanding of sales and marketing principles. Working hours will be flexible, with frequent weekend shifts expected. As a Brand Ambassador, you will serve as the brand's representative and play a crucial role in conveying our narrative and advancing the company's mission.
Pay & Hours:
- Flexibility to work up to 10 hours per week
- Hourly rate: $20-$23
- Eligible for mileage reimbursement
- 20 hours or less a week
Please note that although the role may involve up to 10 hours of work a week, a consistent 10-hour a week schedule cannot be guaranteed, and there may be periods without scheduled hours with El Dorado Group.
Responsibilities:
- Becoming acquainted with the company's mission, vision, and objectives.
- Providing product knowledge to customers, retailers, and distributors.
- Establishing strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Overseeing customer feedback and forwarding complaints to the marketing department.
- Monitoring customer preferences, metrics, and media initiatives.
- Serving as the company's representative during product launches, events, and trade shows.
- Contributing ideas and actively participating in training and workshops.
- Upholding a consistently positive brand image.
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years old.
- Must have valid California Driver’s License.
- Cannabis Industry experience preferred.
- Customer Service experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Friendly, welcoming, and extroverted personality.
- Demonstrates adaptability and effective task prioritization.
- Willingness and capacity to travel.
- Must have reliable vehicle
Physical Demands
- Ability to remain on your feet for prolonged durations.
- Comfortably lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to occasionally bend, kneel, squat, and twist.
