What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warranty Billing/AR position at Electric Motor Repair?

Job description: To assist with all aspects of the warranty department, including billing, collection, payment application, call taking for service call set up, and account & billing reconciliation.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with collection calls.
  • Demonstrates customer service, interpersonal communication, and ability to multi-task.
  • Moderate warehouse work with returning used & defective parts that may be dirty or greasy.
  • Experience in service/repair or related industry is preferred, but not necessary.
  • Ability to work in a team environment a must.

We are a fast-paced commercial kitchen equipment repair company. Office hours are M-F 8am-4:30pm, office located in Rosedale, MD. We offer competitive salary, excellent benefits, medical insurance starts 1st of the month after hire. *Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Pay: From $18.74 per hour
