All about the role:
The Supply Chain Planning Analyst resides with in Electrolux's group Supply Chain Operations
organization. This position will partner across Demand Planning,
Industrial Operations, Product Line, and Sales to balance demand and supply
based on service, cost, and capacity realities. A continuous improvement focus
will be utilized to ensure that the planning accuracy is at optimal levels
while communicating to appropriate functions as the plans change. This role
will be exposed to leadership priorities and strategic initiatives that drive
the continuous improvement across all functions of the business.
What you'll do:
As the Supply Chain Planning Analyst,
you will develop net requirements for
production, purchase, and transportation quantities by location. Process
responsibilities include supporting the setting of inventory targets, Rough Cut
Capacity Review, Location-Level Planning, and SKU-Level net supply
requirements. You will lead cross-functional interactions and review historical
data, customer and factory data, market trends and capacity projections to
develop the most accurate and up-to-date supply plan. Your daily activities will include monitoring performance against weekly
production, deployments, and forecast consumption to drive ongoing performance
improvements in costs, time, capacity, and asset utilization.

In detail, you will:
Develop mid to long-term location-level supply and purchase plans supporting sales plans and network safety stock requirements
Execute against selected Supply Plan scenarios that balance constraints across factory capacity, service, and budget
Work with plants to review capacity and make suggested changes to maximize sales and profitability.
Monitor demand to plan and make necessary Supply Plan changes to support in near term.
Works cross-functionally to drive inventory and sales decisions on key product lines.
Develop weekly deployments from factories to RDCs
Support root cause analysis for key service issues, as well as share output with appropriate leadership
Support Monthly ES&OP and Month End inventory budget processes
Manage phase in and phase out of key transitions with cross-functional operations team
Inventory Reporting:
Provide and manage rolling 18-month inventory forecasts by assigned Product Family/Manufacturing Location
Manage process to eliminate Non-Optimized/Excess Inventory for assigned Product Family/Manufacturing Location
Responsible for inventory dollars and units
Qualifications
required:
Bachelor's Degree required; preferred major area of study in Economics, Supply Chain, or relevant business area
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in planning, forecasting process, basic operations, inventory planning, and statistical analysis
Minimum 4 years' experience with advanced mathematical and forecasting tools such as statistical forecasting and/or supply planning systems (SAS, SAP, JDA)
