All about the role:
The Warehousing Business Analyst resides with in Electrolux's group Supply Chain organization. This position will play a key part in driving operational excellence, developing process improvements, and delivering successful business results. This position is responsible for delivering team KPIs as well as driving improvements within the warehousing teams by gathering, analyzing, and modeling data to find and evaluate opportunities.
What you'll do:
As the Warehousing
Business Analyst, you will be responsible for developing
process documentation including controls and reporting while being accountable
for delivering team key performance indicators. You will work cross functionally to coordinate
initiatives across key stakeholders including Finance, Sales, CDI, IT, Reverse
Logistics, Inventory Control and Warehouse Operations. As the Warehouse
Business Analyst, you keep the consumer and customer front of mind, bringing an
outside-in perspective to encouraging open feedback while fixing issues quickly
and following up as needed to reach a resolution that satisfies the customer.

In detail, you will:
Responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly reporting for distribution centers
Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly initiative updates
Prepare and distribute monthly regional distribution center performance updates
Oversee shared services workflows impacting warehousing
Conduct process audits related to shipping, receiving, inventory and returns to ensure process adherence
Review guidelines, processes, and policies within warehousing to drive standardization, efficiency and simplification
Maintain standard operating procedure documents
Deliver quantifiable changes and savings to the organization through implementation of operational efficiencies
Promote an environment of inclusion and Teamship
Qualifications
required:
Bachelor's Degree required
Strong analytical skills with basic understanding of statistics and supply chain processes
Minimum three years' experience with data analysis or measurement reporting
Experienced in the use of the Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Communicator, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of SAP preferred
