Job Summary
An ELEDLights Jr. Sales Associate is responsible for driving sales and contributing to the success of the company through direct sales, customer service and account management, with a key focus on accounts in franchising. The Jr. Sales Associate will work with the franchise sales team to generate new clients and interpret customer needs to identify and propose the most suitable solution. This is a full-time, individual contributor role in Hatboro, Pennsylvania, with a competitive salary commensurate with experience ranging from $35,000 to $55,000 per year and paid weekly.

Responsibilities
• Generate and process orders, ensuring accuracy and high service levels
• Develop sales plans and strategies for assigned accounts, meeting customer needs
• Develop strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Stay up-to-date on current industry trends and trends in the lighting market
• Prospect for new clients and foster relationships with existing ones
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
• Coordinate logistics with other departments
• Actively learn and understand the company’s products and services
• Generate detailed reports for sales records
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field preferred
• 1-2 years’ sales experience preferred
• Self-motivated, resilient, and professional
• Demonstrate strong customer service skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
